Note that start and end points are approximate (and some are very approximate), and if no endpoint is present, the range is compact. In answer to "where's the Front Range" -- well, I don't really consider it a range, per se. It's made up of many ranges, and is often used to denote the heavily populated area, mostly on flat ground, just east of our easternmost (big) mountains. This latter connotation is particularly misleading and contributes to a nebulous "back range" term. Hopefully this list helps one be more specific.
